Strategic Planning with a Private School Board
“I had no previous board experience, but I was committed to my children getting the great education I had as a child at the school, and the best way I could do that was by joining the school board. We worked with Mary at Catamount Career Development to become an active board with clear direction; she helped us do that and she also helped me understand the critical difference between being an involved parent and an effective member of the school board.”
Cory Frehsee, Civil Engineer & School Board member

Change Management Process in a Medical Setting
“Using the change management process with a medial CQI team allowed us to look at a problem from a lot of viewpoints with a lot of unbiased input to arrive at the best possible solution. Mary is a skilled facilitator who was able to get the whole team to contribute and listen to each other in a trust-building environment. The fact that she doesn’t have a medical background only enhanced her ability to be the neutral facilitator we needed and helped us bond as a strong team.”

Service Standards Increasing The Bottom Line
“Catamount Career Development worked hand in hand with us until we developed a measurement tool that would provide the information the bank needed to enhance our customer service. The result is measurable data that pinpoints for management and the board where our strengths lie and where improvement is needed. We’ve already seen an increase in customer satisfaction and employee performance and know that on-going mystery shopping data will continue to keep us on track.”
Jeff Coslett, Sr. VP Retail Banking
