Mary Gyori Mary Gyori (pronounced “Jori”), Senior Consultant  
Mary was born, raised and educated in Sydney, Australia. She earned her B.A. at Macquarie University and her Graduate Diploma of Education with Distinction at Sydney Teachers College. She moved to the Brattleboro, Vermont area in 1981.
Mary has over 30 years’ experience of inspiring, energized training, mentoring and leadership of staff, interns and volunteers in the diverse settings of business, education, social services and healthcare. She is a results-driven quick study who brings out the best in everyone she works with. Mary has a long history on two continents as a strategic thinker who successfully builds and trains alliances and teams to reach successful outcomes.
As the parent and guardian of a now-adult son with multiple severe disabilities, Mary understands the challenges of balancing day-to-day life and a successful career. She draws on her whole life experience to train, mentor and inspire others to work together to get things done!

Pat BozetarnikPat Bozetarnik, Senior Consultant
Pat resides in Brattleboro, Vermont, where she was born and raised. Pat’s educational accomplishments include: degrees from Northern New England School of Banking, University of New Hampshire; New England School of Banking, Williams College; Financial Planning Certification, Connecticut Financial Planning Institute;   Business Technology, MIT;  and Leadership Effectiveness Training Certification.
For over 30 years Pat’s focus has been on helping individuals from entry level to board level reach their highest potential.  Pat specializes in facilitating professional development with an emphasis on enhancing the skills of leadership, communication, teamwork, sales and service. Pat’s client list includes banks, credit unions, non- profit organizations, universities, and businesses of all sizes.  Prior to starting her own training and consulting company 19 years ago she was Vice President of Training and Employee Development for a major Vermont bank with over 500 employees.
Pat brings her “real world” experience to every training session. She uses experiential, hands-on instructional methods so that her classes are interesting, applied and relevant. Her pragmatic and respectful style allows participants to be more self-aware and uncover their strengths.

Connie ClineConnie Cline, Senior Consultant
Connie has been providing performance and process improvement coaching and training for individuals and teams for over 30 years, both in the fields of business and education. She is a qualified user of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indictor, and a certified trainer in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, 360 Feedback, Team Dynamics, The Human Element, and The Communication Wheel. Connie holds a Bachelor and Masters of Arts degree in Education. Based in the Midwest for much of her career, she now resides in Brattleboro, VT.
Connie worked for the State Departments of Education in Illinois and Colorado, designing and delivering training to educators and school administrators at all levels, evaluating schools, and writing and directing federal and state grants. She most recently worked for ten years in a Fortune 500 company that is on the Forbes list of most innovative companies. There she coached and trained all levels of employees, entry-level to senior management.
As a consultant, Connie aims to continue helping companies retain happier, more effective employees and more cohesive teams, thus leading to improved customer service, a more positive image to current and potential customers, and improved company profits.
